The purpose of this guide is to help businesses and nonproﬁts navigate the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA).

While the federal government has shown great initiative in passing ARRA, it is the private sector that will sustain our economic stability. This guide identiﬁes opportunities to leverage ARRA investments to bring the green economy to scale, both nationally and in America’s most vulnerable communities.
