RTP Program Environmental Impact Report (PEIR)

The environmental impact report for the Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) which integrates transportation, land-use, and the environment. The process, known as PILUT (Planning for Integrated Land Use and Transportation), has been guided by Compass Growth Visioning - a participatory effort to help move Southern California towards a more sustainable future. Alternative transportation and land-use plans were evaluated, and the process included participation from decision-makers, stakeholders, and members of the public.
