Hazardous Materials Transportation Training Modules

The Office of Hazardous Materials Safety has prepared training modules that meet the requirements for General Awareness Training as prescribed in Title 49 CFR, Part 172, Subpart H. Instructor and student manuals (.pdf files) and PowerPoint presentations are included. Any employee who works in a shipping, receiving or material handling area or who may be involved in preparing or transporting hazardous materials is required to have training.
