Many large office and public buildings have significant air pollution problems that typically are the result of inadequate ventilation systems. As a result, there has been an increase in the incidence of reported health problems. The Interior Air Quality (IAQ) Building Education and Assessment Model (I-BEAM) was developed by the EPA to offer-state-of-the-art guidance for managing Interior air quality in commercial buildings.
